Nedaudz to sablenderēju, ....mmmmm, cik, garda kūka!!! Cepu apaļajā formā 28cm, bet ilgāk 1,5h, pēdējo pusstundu uz 150C. • 200gr butter
• 150gr sugar
• 300g...For the dough:<br />• 200gr butter<br />• 150gr sugar<br />• 300gr flour<br />• 2 tsp baking powder<br />For the filling:<br />• 1kg dry cottage cheese (It is special Latvian cottage cheese – biezpiens)<br />• 6 eggs<br />• 150 gr sugar<br />• Vanilla sugar<br />• 3-4 tsp potato starch<br />• raisins<br /><br />Melt the butter until its soft and mix in the sugar. Mix the flour with 2 tsp of baking powder and add to the butter which is mixed with sugar. It needs to be like crumbs. Put it in the fridge to rest.<br />Put the raisins into the hot water for 5 min. Mix the cottage cheese with egg yolks. Mix the potato starch with sugar and vanilla sugar, then add to the cottage cheese. Pour down the water from raisins and add them to the filling.
